To construction of aluminum lorry body on the above model chassis measuring approximately 14’ 6” x 7’ 0” x 7’ 0”ht from floorboard to can’t rail.

The under framework will be out of 4” x 2” x 6mm high tensile m.s channel sections and the

body frame work will be out 1 ½” x 1 ½“ x 16swg high-tensile galvanize hollow sections held together using high tensile bolts nuts and rivets.

The two sides will be covered with 18G aluminum plain sheets & Heavy duty Corrugated sections

front panel and entire roof will be covered with aluminum plain sheets.

The floorboard will be covered with 3 mm M.S. Plain sheets.

The rear frame will be fixing 4”x 2” x 3mm m.s high-tensile hollow sections,

rear panel fabricating of 14swg m.s plain sheet due to this light set will be protected.

The rear door will be provided with Container type doors complete with mild steel hinges and container type locking devices.

The near side will be fixing side door with locking devices.

Inside of the body will be lined with 9mm plywood two side front and roof covered 6mm plywood sheet.

Inside of the body will be fixed with 02 nos. light.
